Rekisa ("we", "us") provides paid advertising management, WhatsApp automation and website and sales system services to businesses in South Africa. We are the responsible party for personal information collected through this website, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

When you complete an enquiry, quotation or audit form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, mobile number, website address and information about your requirements, budget and timeframe.

We also collect limited technical and campaign information, such as the page you visited, the referring source, UTM campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers (for example gclid, gbraid, wbraid or fbclid), and standard analytics data collected through cookies.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, email delivery, CRM, analytics and advertising platforms (for example Google and Meta). These operators process information on our instructions and are required to keep it secure. Some providers may store information outside South Africa; where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection, as required by section 72 of POPIA.

This website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta tags to measure visits and enquiries. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
